PORTABLE MODULAR HOUSES Unlike Tiny Houses, they do not have trailers. They can be transported in containers in trucks, train wagons and sea transportation. With special permission obtained from the State Highways before transportation, their width can be up to 4 m, unlike the 2.55 m limiting Tiny Houses, their height should not exceed 4 m together with the chassis height of the TIR, and their length can vary between 4 m and 12 m.
Modular houses can be used as a single module or as a single structure consisting of several modules, they can be placed against each other, side by side or at right angles. A large living space can be obtained by using 2 modules of the same size from our Cottage series and adding a glass space between them.
It can be used for different purposes such as short-term space rental for hotels and businesses, cafes, restaurants, nurseries, etc.
They are quick to construct, easy to install and, although they vary according to the materials and add-ons chosen, their costs are low.
An important feature that distinguishes portable modular houses from prefabricated houses is that their construction takes place entirely in the factory, a concrete or steel construction foundation, plumbing and electrical main connections must be ready on the land where they will be placed. Just like Tiny Houses, they can be partially or completely self-sufficient.
Portable modular homes offer a good solution to the growing housing problem.
