The octagonal shape of the octagonal bay windows provides space for a convertible built-in bed and a wardrobe, and on the bathroom side, a washbasin cabinet and an external storage unit.

The rail ladder opening and closing system used in the loft models saves space allocated to the staircase, which usually narrows Tiny Houses, and provides a living space with a width that exceeds expectations among Tiny Houses.

The location and dimensions of the doors and windows were calculated taking into account air flow, daylight and viewing angles.

Each of the tools of daily use (cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop, washing machine) that take up space in the house but should always be close at hand were allocated a special place.

The choice of materials is based on natural, high quality, recyclable and long-lasting inside and outside of the building.

Lines, frames, material distribution ratios and color scales are the result of an aesthetic quest, inspired by the Art-Deco period, which made a significant contribution to the history of design, and adapted to the present day.
