FEATURES OF OUR ART-DECO (Loft) SERIES<\/p>

It was designed with the concern for maximum square meter savings and multi-purpose use.<\/p>

The octagonal shape of the octagonal bay windows provides space for a convertible built-in bed and a wardrobe, and on the bathroom side, a washbasin cabinet and an external storage unit.<\/p>

The rail ladder opening and closing system used in the loft models saves space for the staircase, which usually narrows Tiny Houses, and provides a living space with a width that exceeds expectations among Tiny Houses.<\/p>

The location and dimensions of the doors and windows were calculated taking into account air flow, daylight and viewing angles.<\/p>

Each of the tools of daily use (cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, bucket\/mop, washing machine) that take up space but should always be close at hand were allocated a special place in the house.<\/p>

The choice of materials is based on natural, high quality, recyclable and long-lasting inside and outside of the building.<\/p>

Lines, frames, material distribution ratios and color scales are the result of an aesthetic quest, inspired by the Art-Deco period, which made a significant contribution to the history of design, and adapted to the present day.<\/p>
